What started as weekend cookouts for friends and family turned into a full-blown obsession. In 2018, we parked a trailer on East Riverside and started serving brisket to anyone who'd wait in line. Turns out, a lot of people will wait in line.
Today, we're in a permanent spot on South Congress — but the BBQ is still made the same way. No gas assist. No holding cabinets. Just fire, wood, salt, pepper, and time.

We open at 11am and serve until we sell out. Weekends typically sell out by 2pm — get here early.
